Our therapists are credentialed (or in the process of being credentialed) with the following insurances:

Medicaid: Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United HealthCare, Passport, Wellcare, Humana, Optum

Commercial: Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Humana, Wellcare, United HealthCare, Optum, Caresource

You are responsible for all co-pays and co-insurances the day of your appointment.  If you have opted to participate in AutoPay, your card will automatically be charged at Midnight after your session.  If you are uncertain about what you will pay at the time of your appointment, please call the Customer Service number on the back of your insurance card.

Private-Pay (self-pay) Rates

Individual Counseling (53 minutes):  $150

Couples Counseling & Family Counseling (80 minutes):  $225

Intern Therapist Individual Counseling (53 minutes): $25 (private-pay only)
