Hello! My name is Sarah Hargan. I am a case manager intern at The Shea Center for Mental Wellness. I am currently working to obtain my Bachelor’s in Social Work at Spalding University. I enjoy helping individuals improve their self-esteem, and relationships, and follow their dreams. I use a strengths-based approach combined with increasing positivity and mindfulness.
